Who are we ?
The Secure by Design association brings together companies, institutions, schools or universities, professional associations, independent professionals, and, more broadly, any individual or organization aiming to enhance the security of our environment through the use of Secure by Design in software production.
Our mission
Our mission is to promote the adoption of Secure by Design principles, ensuring that security is integrated from the earliest stages of development and consistently applied at all levels of the process.
To achieve this, we aim to advance Secure by Design in software production through:

- Enhanced awareness of the concept across the entire software production ecosystem,
- High-quality and easily accessible training, both in initial and ongoing education,
- Simplified implementation in software production activities,
- Demonstrating its value in achieving compliance with directives, standards, or laws.
More broadly, we seek to build a dynamic community to collaborate and share ideas.
Our actions
We produce articles, conduct studies, and organize webinars and conferences to discuss the trends and challenges of Secure by Design. We also participate as speakers or contributors in trade shows and professional meetings.
Additionally, we are open to any initiative that promotes Secure by Design!
Startup Special
Through a partnership and the involvement of our main sponsor Cybalgoris and with the collaboration of many associations like la FrenchTech Saint Etienne Lyon, we offer all startups free guidance to implement Secure by Design practices in their development for a period of 9 months.
